Who Am I – Song #5

Do you have a song that, when ever you hear that first note each time it’s played, your heart instantly melts? It stands out like that beautiful ocean view when the sun’s going down.

Today’s song is older, but it’s still my favorite. Yes, my favorite. Now yes, quite a few songs come close to being my favorite, but this gets the honor. Why? Because it brings out two different points in life perfectly by moving a few words around. Don’t worry, this song will show you what I mean.

As you listen, try to think how valuable you sometimes think you are. Let the song then show you how valuable you really are because of Christ.

As usual, there are many different videos I could have chosen but this one’s rather creative. Just promise me, you won’t let what you see keep you from hearing the words.

I have to be honest, The first time I heard the words I am a flower quickly fading, here today and gone tomorrow, I was convinced I’ve got to have this song played at my memorial. After all, I’m so thankful He caught me when I was falling, and let me know I am His. Not because of who I am, but because of what He’s done.

Psalm 18:6 – In my distress I called upon the LORD, And cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, And my cry for help before Him came into His ears.
